L’équipe nationale féminine du Canada a appris les heures de coup d’envoi pour ses matchs à venir à la Coupe féminine de Chypre 2011. Le Canada participe au tournoi pour une quatrième année consécutive depuis l’édition inaugurale il y a quatre ans de cela. Le tournoi comprend maintenant un total de douze équipes et se déroule du 2 au 9 mars à Larnaca et dans les régions avoisinantes de Chypre.
The Canadian Soccer Association has announced a new format for the Nutrilite Canadian Championship along with its 2011 schedule. For the first time, the competition will now feature four teams, with FC Edmonton added to the existing group of Toronto FC, Vancouver Whitecaps FC and Impact Montréal. The old round-robin format has been replaced by the combination of a home-and-away semi-final stage along with a home-and-away championship final.

Canada’s women’s national team has arrived safely in Roma, Italy. The team will undertake an 11-day training camp in Italy before heading to Cyprus for for the fourth edition of the Cyprus Women’s Cup. Canada is a two-time champion in the Cyprus Women’s Cup competition.

L’équipe nationale féminine du Canada a fait appel à vingt-cinq joueuses pour participer au deuxième camp du programme national de la saison 2011. Les joueuses s’entraineront sous la direction de l’entraîneure-chef Morace à Roma en Italie du 12 au 22 février. Ce camp fait partie des préparatifs de l’équipe canadienne pour la 4e édition de la Coupe féminine de Chypre ayant lieu prochainement.
Canada’s women’s national team has announced a 25-player roster for the second camp of the 2011 season. The players will train in Roma, Italy from 12-22 February. This camp precedes Canada’s participation in the fourth annual Cyprus Women’s Cup.
Canada has opened its 2011 men’s international season in Europe this Wednesday 9 February. Canada opened the campaign against former European champion Greece, falling 0:1 in the Men’s International Friendly at A.E.L FC Arena. It was Canada’s first ever match in Greece.
