Canada finished in first place in Group C at the 2011 CONCACAF Men's Under-17 Championship. Canada finished first with four points following a 0-0 draw against Honduras on 19 February. Both Canada and Honduras had already qualified for the quarter-final phase following Barbados' elimination, but it was Canada that finished first with the greater goal difference.

Canada opened Thursday with an 8-0 victory over Barbados, which followed the Honduras 2-1 victory over Barbados on Tuesday.

In Group D action, Jamaica won 1:0 over Guatemala to eliminate its Central American opponent and finished tied for first place with Trinidad and Tobago. In a draw of lots, Jamaica was seeded the first place team and Trinidad and Tobago was seeded the second place team. Second-place Trinidad and Tobago will now face Canada in the quarter-final phase.

With eight teams through to the CONCACAF quarter-final stage, the four qualification matches for the FIFA U-17 World Cup are now next up on the 2011 schedule. On 22 February, it will be USA against El Salvador and Costa Rica against Panama. On 23 February, it will be Canada against Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica against Honduras.
