Randolph Lee Ragan... both of his parents Fredrick and Salma were born in High Prairie... he married his wife Janet on 22 December 1985 (they had children Ben, Graham, Brooke, Gavin)... growing up, favourites included Johan Cruyff... earned a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Simon Fraser University... earned a Bachelor of Education from the University of Western Ontario... earned a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University...
