Canada draws 2:2 with Costa Rica at the 2000 CONCACAF Gold Cup. Carlo Corazzin scores both of Canada’s goals, including the equaliser in the 57th minute.

Canada draws 0:0 with Bermuda in an away Men’s International Friendly match. Goalkeeper Pat Onstad makes his debut for Canada and posts a clean sheet, albeit he “did not have one shot taken on him.” Continued head coach Tony Taylor who also made his debut with Canada’s national team, “we completely dominated the game offensively and especially on defence.”
