Qualifiers for the inaugural 2024 PDP Championship

Across the 2023 and 2024 seasons, Canada Soccer’s Member Associations will qualify 28 youth teams across four divisions for the inaugural Player-Development Program Championship in August 2024. The new Canada Soccer competition features the PDP U-17 Cup and PDP U-15 Cup for both boys and girls. The national program strengthens the connection between standards-based programs and showcases their quality of play.

Canada Soccer’s 2024 Player-Development Program Championship runs 14 to 18 August in Edmonton, Alberta.

BOYS’ PDP U-17 CUP

Qualifiers for the 2024 PDP Championship:
(tbc) British Columbia: tbc youth teams from the BCSPL in the BC Premier Cup through 23 June 2024 from which two teams qualify for the PDP Championship
(4) Alberta: four youth teams in the AYSL from 5 September 2023 through 18 July 2024 from which one team qualifies for the PDP Championship; same teams in the AYSL Cup from 27-28 July 2024 from which the Cup winner (or league runner up) also qualifies for the PDP Championship
(12) Québec: 12 youth teams in the PLSJQ from 21 April to mid-season 14 July 2024 from which two teams qualify for the PDP Championship

GIRLS’ PDP U-17 CUP
