#Futsal
Across the 2024-25 futsal season, Canada Soccer’s Member Associations are hosting regional qualifiers to determine the clubs that will compete at the 2025 Futsal Canadian Championship from 10 to 13 April in Regina, Saskatchewan. The annual Futsal Canadian Championship features both men’s and women’s divisions, with winners from coast-to-coast vying for national honours in this fast-paced indoor game.
Futsal, played with five players to each side on a smaller, hard-surface court, features its own unique Laws of the Game, a sport-specific ball, rolling substitutions, and two 20-minute halves in which the clock stops whenever play is interrupted. Canada soccer launched the Men’s Futsal Canadian Championship in 2015 and the Women’s Futsal Canadian Championship in 2023.
