Canada Soccer today confirmed that, following the first leg of the Canadian Premier League Final between Hamilton’s Forge FC and Calgary’s Cavalry FC on Saturday 26 October 2019 in Hamilton, an intention to claim for wrongful dismissal was received in respect of Tristan Borges of Forge FC and Joel Waterman of Cavalry FC who both received red cards during the match. The Canada Soccer Discipline Committee will review the claims upon receipt and make its determination prior to the second leg to be played in Calgary on 2 November 2019.
