Advanced Coach Education Program registration open for 2024

Canada Soccer has opened registration for its 2024 Advanced Coach Education Program.

The 2024 workshop offerings will include the following:

  • Children’s Diploma – East (Ontario), West (British Columbia), Québec (French Delivery)
  • Goalkeeper Diploma
  • B Diploma – Ontario (x2), Québec (French Delivery), Prairies (delivered in Saskatchewan and Manitoba), British Columbia
  • A Diploma

Applicants are required to hold a valid Canada Soccer C Licence to be eligible for the Advanced Coach Education Program courses. The 2024 Coach Education Program is delivered through a combination of in-person training (classroom and field), independent (asynchronous) and collaborative (synchronous) online learning, and mentor supported learning.

The application window for the Advanced Coach Education Program is open until 31 March 2024.


About Canada Soccer’s Coach Education Program
​Canada Soccer’s Coach Education Program consists of the Grassroots Coach Education Program that trains coaches as having completed the age and stage appropriate workshops for the players they’re working with and the Canada Soccer Advanced Coach Education Program that provides coaches with the Canada Soccer Children’s, Goalkeeping, C, B, and A Diploma awards at the completion of their training. Coaches that fulfill the Diploma specific competencies are awarded a licence that is valid for three (3) years.
