Inspired by Tomorrow
The new Canada Soccer 2024 National Team Home and Away Match Kits have been unveiled by Nike as part of today’s global Federation launch in the lead-up to this summer’s marquee international football competitions. The 2024 Canada kits are ‘Inspired by Tomorrow’ while featuring a heritage Canada wordmark inside the collar in honour of Canadian football’s icons of the past.
The new Canada match kit will make its on-pitch debut on Saturday 23 March as Canada Soccer’s Men’s National Team faces Trinidad & Tobago in their crucial 2023-24 Concacaf Nations League Play-In match which serves as a final qualifier to the 2024 Copa América. Canada Soccer’s Women’s National Team will make their debut in the new match kits during the SheBelieves Cup matches on 6 and 9 April in the United States.
The New Canada 2024 Match Kit will be available for purchase starting in May via canadasoccerstore.com.
Canada’s 2024 Home kit celebrates a nation united for more success in a game that sparks a new era in the country’s sporting DNA. The shirt features a two-tone red to make a bold statement, with a street-style Swoosh bringing back branding made famous on Canadian jerseys of the past.
Canada’s 2024 Away kit celebrates the nation’s diversity and honours the pioneers of the game to drive a new generation to make every moment matter more. This kit reimagines a classic style of the past, by featuring 13 red stripes on the centre of the shirt to represent the 10 Provinces and three Territories of the country coming together as one.
The new Canada kits feature DRI-FIT ADV technology — Nike’s latest advanced-performance material innovation engineered for the body in motion, with material prioritizing mobility, breathability, and sustainability. The kits reflect Nike’s ‘The New Standards’ for high-performance athletic wear with ‘Move to Zero,’ a sustainability initiative that aims to reduce waste throughout every stage of production.
Canada Soccer’s signature ‘Power Lines’ font will continue to be featured for all numbering and nameplates across the new Canada 2024 Match Kit. The proprietary font typeface, developed in collaboration with Nike, was inspired by the maple leaf, built from the dynamic angles and lines of Canada’s most recognised and beloved symbol.
