Canada’s next and final group match is Saturday 22 October at 20.00 local (21.00 ET / 18.00 PT). Brazil also qualified for the semi-final stage on Thursday, so the Canada-Brazil match will determine a group winner. Both teams are dead even with six points, a +3 goal differential, and four goals scored.

In Group A, Colombia leads the way with six points following a 1:0 victory over Chile. Colombia has not only qualified for the semi-final stage, but has in fact secured first place in its group (which means it will face the loser of the Canada-Brazil group match).
