Canada will face USA in Detroit, MI on 7 June, Guadeloupe in Tampa, FL on 11 June, and Panama in Kansas, KS on 14 June. Group A features Costa Rica, Cuba, El Salvador and Mexico (with matches in Arlington, TX, Charlotte, NC and Chicago, IL) while Group B features Grenada, Guatemala, Honduras and Jamaica (with matches in Carson, CA, Miami, FL and Harrison, NJ).
