Only one Canadian player did not make the trip. Kevin Harmse, who was not 100% healthy and did not dress for the Friday match, has stayed in Los Angeles. He will rejoin his Major League Soccer club Chivas USA.

In Saturday’s CONCACAF Gold Cup Group B action, USA moved into first place in Group B with a 4:0 win over Grenada. Honduras, meanwhile, sits in second place after a 1:0 win over Haiti. Of note, when the teams cross over from the group phase to the quarter-final stage, it will be the second-place team in Group B that faces the first-place team in Group A.
