Camp Roster Released For Confed Cup

Ottawa, Ontario – Canadian Men’s World Cup team head coach Holger Osieck today released a preliminary 22-man roster for the upcoming FIFA Confederations Cup tournament in Japan/Korea, May 31- June 10. A final roster will be selected and announced prior to the Canadian team’s departure from Vancouver to Tokyo on May 24.

Ottawa, Ontario – Canadian Men’s World Cup team head coach Holger Osieck today released a preliminary 22-man roster for the upcoming FIFA Confederations Cup tournament in Japan/Korea, May 31- June 10. A final roster will be selected and announced prior to the Canadian team’s departure from Vancouver to Tokyo on May 24.

The squad will begin assembling in Vancouver on May 15 for a week-long selection and training camp. Canada’s first game is against Japan on May 31st in Niigata, Japan. The Canadian team is attempting to schedule a warm-up game against a Japanese side on May 28th in Niigata.
