2010 South Africa tickets on sale at FIFA.com

The first phase of ticket sales for the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ is underway at FIFA.com. Fans can purchase tickets to the world’s biggest tournament in this first sales phase from 20 February to 31 March 2009.



All applicants who register correctly by the end of the first sales period will have an equal opportunity to obtain tickets, as this sales phase is not on a first come, first served basis. A random draw will be conducted on 15 April to determine which applicants receive tickets for oversubscribed matches.

The 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ runs 11 June to 11 July 2010. There will be 64 matches in 10 venues located in nine host cities. There will be approximately three million tickets for purchase to the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™.
