With regard to candidates who find themselves having to drop out of a course and cancelling their registration, Canada Soccer has put the following policy in place:
- All cancellations must be made in writing to the Canada Soccer Technical Department via coach@canadasoccer.com.
- Should a candidate withdraw after a position has been offered on the National Course, a refund will be made up until seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the course, subject to a $100 processing fee.
- Cancellations made any time within seven (7) days of the commencement of the Course will not be subject to a refund.
