CONCACAF Women's Under-17 Championship

Canada won a silver medal at the 2013 CONCACAF Women’s Under-17 Championship in Jamaica. After finishing second in their group, Canada won the 7 November semi-final 5:0 over host Jamaica to qualify for the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Costa Rica 2014. Two days later, Canada drew 0:0 with Mexico in the championship final, but fell 2-4 on kicks from the penalty mark to concede first place. At the post-tournament ceremony, Canada's Jessie Fleming was awarded the Golden Ball (best player), Marie-Mychèle Métivier was awarded the Golden Boot (top scorer), and Rylee Foster was awarded the Golden Glove (best goalkeeper).
