Canada’s Women’s World Cup Team suffered a 1-0 loss to the United States in a friendly played in Nashville, Tennessee, Saturday night.



The U.S. got all the offense it needed on a second half tally from defender Heather Mitts, who tapped home a ball in front of the net after a corner kick.



Andrea Neil earned her 101st cap, while CONCACAF Women’s U-19 Qualifying Tournament MVP, Emily Zurrer earned her 1st cap with the senior team.
