Canada vs USA Tickets Go On Sale

Ottawa, Ontario – The Canadian Soccer Association today announced tickets for Canada’s doubleheader against the United States on June 30 at Varsity Stadium in Toronto will go on sale March 28, 2001. The Under-19 squad will kick-off the first game at 4:30 p.m. followed by the World Cup Team at 7:00 p.m.
The Women’s World Cup Team will play a home and away series against the United States with their first match at home. The senior team heads to the United States on July 3 to play at a venue still to be confirmed.
Group tickets will be on sale at The Ontario Soccer Association by phone at (905) 264-9390 ext. 221, or by fax at (905) 264-9445 or via the Internet at tickets@soccer.on.ca. Groups of 10 or more = $ 9.00 per ticket (plus tax). Group tickets will be in Sections S, T, X and W. Add $3.00 for shipping and handling per ticket order.
Individual tickets for the doubleheader at Varsity Stadium will be available at all Ticketmaster outlets or on the Internet at www.ticketmaster.ca. Individual tickets are $15.00 plus applicable taxes and surcharges.
The Women’s Under-19 Team will play two home games against their United States counterparts on June 30 at Varsity Stadium and July 2 at Birchmount Stadium in Scarborough at 2:00 p.m. Ticket sale information for the second game will be made available through organizers of the Robbie Tournament at a later date.
