All 16 amateur teams have qualified for the 2025 Masters Championship that will be hosted in Winnipeg, Manitoba from 1-5 October. Eight men’s teams and eight women’s teams have qualified in the two divisions for the National Championships to be played at the Ralph Cantafio Soccer Complex.
Canada Soccer’s Masters Championship serves as a pinnacle event to the 2025 season, bringing together the best Masters clubs from across the country. This marks the first year that men’s and women’s Masters teams have been brought together in one host city as opposed to regional competitions in the east and west.
In the men’s division, Group A features Port Moody SC, Edmonton Scottish SC, Winnipeg Bandits FC, and NL Selects Mount Pearl while Group B features CS Montréal Centre, Saskatoon YXE FC, City of Lakes FC Dartmouth, and Vaughan SC Sons of CI.
In the women’s division, Group A features Edmonton Drillers Green & Gold, Winnipeg Bisons FC, Victoria Gorge FC, and Halifax Hotspurs SC while Group B features Montréal City FC Braves d’Ahuntsic, Burlington SC, Saskatoon YXE, and Calgary Blizzard SC.
The eight men’s teams qualified from a group of 79 Masters teams competing across eight provinces while the eight women’s teams qualified from a group of 17 Masters teams competing across seven provinces.
