Youth teams win 2025 BC Premier Cup

British Columbia youth teams were crowned 2025 Premier Cup winners on the road to Canada Soccer’s 2025 Player-Development Program Championship. In all, eight youth teams were crowned winners on Saturday 21 June in boys’ and girls’ divisions from U-14 to U-17, with both the U-15 and U-17 age categories leading towards berths in the national competition.

Van Isle Wave, already qualified as BCSPL Regular Season winners, won the Boys’ U-17 Premier Cup with a 1:0 victory over Burnaby FC. Fusion FC from Richmond were the Girls’ U-17 Premier Cup winners after a 3:0 win over Surrey United SC.

Fusion FC also won the Boys’ U-16 Premier Cup after a 3:0 win over Surrey United SC while Langley United won the Girls’ U-16 Premier Cup after they won 7-6 on kicks following a 2:2 draw with Coquitlam Metro-Ford SC.

Coastal FC from South Surrey won the Boys’ U-15 Premier Cup after a 3:1 win over Fusion FC while North Vancouver FC won the Girls’ U-15 Premier Cup after they won 3-1 on kicks following a 1:1 draw with Van U FC.

Coquitlam Metro-Ford SC won the Boys’ U-14 Premier Cup after a 2:0 win over Port Moody SC while Fusion FC won the Girls’ U-14 Premier Cup after a 2:0 win over Coquitlam Metro-Ford SC.
