“We are looking forward to getting the group together again with the mindset that there is a trophy on the line. We want to end 2024 the right way with two excellent performances against a competitive Suriname squad and continue building on our tremendous growth this past summer.”
– Jesse Marsch, MLS Canada Head Coach of the Men’s National Team
Concacaf Nations League Knockout Format
The quarter-finals pairings were determined based on the Concacaf Rankings published after the October 2024 FIFA Window for the four pre-seeded teams and the group stage results for the winners and runners-up of each group in League A play this October.
The four quarter-final winners will advance to the Nations League Finals. The tournament will take place over four days and will be played in single-leg knockout matches, consisting of two semi-finals on 20 March 2025, and a third-place play-off and final on 23 March 2025.
Canada placed fifth (‘23-’24), second (‘22-’23) and fifth (‘19-’20) in the three previous editions of the Concacaf Nations League.
