Hamilton, ON and Langford, BC to host the first legs of the 2024 TELUS Canadian Championship Semi-final series
The 2024 TELUS Canadian Championship Semi-final matchups are confirmed following a draw that was conducted by Canada Soccer live on OneSoccer at halftime during the second leg Quarterfinal between Pacific FC and Atlético Ottawa late last month.
The additional draw was conducted to remove structural regionalization for the Semi-Final and Final rounds of the competition. The results revealed the matchups for the Semi-Final Round and determined the possible Host Clubs for the Final Match.
The winner of SF1 will host the 2024 TELUS Canadian Championship Final in late September (Vancouver Whitecaps FC or Pacific FC).
This year’s semi-finalists will consist of two Canadian Premier League (CPL) clubs, and two Major League Soccer (MLS) clubs. Toronto FC lead with eight overall championship titles, while Vancouver Whitecaps FC and CF Montréal trail with five and three respectively. The semi-final match ups begin 10 July in Hamilton, ON and will conclude on 27 August in Vancouver, BC.
All four Semi-final Round matches will be broadcast live on OneSoccer, available online at OneSoccer.ca and via the OneSoccer app, on the FuboTV Canada platform, and as a linear channel on Telus’s Optik TV (Channel 980).
