The FIFA/Coca-Cola World Rankings looks at each country’s international results from the last four years. The ranking takes into account the result, the importance of the match, the strength of the opponent, the regional strength, the time period, and the number of matches per year.

While Canada did not play any matches in April, it did announce its schedule upcoming international friendly matches for this 2010 season. That schedule includes a match against the world’s number-seven ranked Argentina on 24 May.

As for the overall world ranking, Brazil has returned to the top spot ahead of Spain. There were no new countries in the top-10, but still plenty of movement. The new ranking features Brazil, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Argentina, England, Croatia and France.
