Matt Buchanan... although he did not feature in matches during the 1925 tour (“he was seriously hurt in a trial match”), the DCFA presented a cap “owing to the exceptional circumstances”... he was selected to represent the Montréal All-Stars against the touring England team in 1926, but he had to withdraw on account of heart trouble (he was replaced by Carsteel teammate Pete Miller)...
