Mилaн Бopjaн... speaks Serbian, English, Spanish... soccer family (father Boško, brother Nikola)... his father Boško was born in Drnis, YUG while his mother Mirjana was born Knin, YUG... he was eight years old when his family moved from Knin to Belgrade; he was 13 years old when his family moved to Winnipeg, MB and then 14 years old when his family moved to Hamilton, ON a year later... he grew up participating in soccer, volleyball and badminton... he was three years old when he started playing soccer for Radnicki JP (but eight years old when he started playing goalkeeper)... enjoys reading...

represented Canada at the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022... Concacaf champion (first place in 2021-22 Concacaf Final Round of FIFA World Cup Qualifiers)... won a Concacaf Silver Medal with Canada (2022-23 Nations League)...

in Serbia with FK Crvena zvezda (Red Star Belgrade), a six-time SuperLiga winner (2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23) and two-time Kup Srbije winner (Serbian Cup in 2021 and 2022)... in Bulgaria with PFC Ludogrets, an A Grupa winner (2015-16)...

part of the Canada Soccer team that met Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on 15 November 2021 ahead of their FIFA World Cup Qualifiers match one day later in Edmonton (a surprise visit by the Prime Minister at a training session)...
