Lucille has been a pillar of the Association de soccer de Dorval for over 15 years. As manager of the Dorval Tigers U14F AA team since the players were just 4 years old, she’s kept schedules on track, led fundraising efforts, and brought unmatched team spirit season after season. Her years of volunteer leadership — including serving as vice-president of the recreational program — reflect a deep commitment to creating positive, thriving experiences for young athletes in the game.

Quinn coaches, volunteers, and lives soccer. She mentors and supports young people facing barriers, including those with disabilities. She made a lasting impact by helping her nominator’s daughter, who has a disability, become more active and feel truly part of a team. Living by the healthy, active values she encourages in others, Quinn’s deep commitment to inclusion helps young athletes build confidence, embrace active lifestyles, and feel a true sense of belonging in the game.
