Pre-Competition Meeting

The Pre-Competition Meeting is the first major in-venue event for qualified teams at Canada Soccer’s national amateur competitions. The Pre-Competition Meeting, hosted on the night before the first day of matches, provides important information to all qualified teams to support their preparation and participation in the Canada Soccer event.

Mandatory Attendance

At least one member from each Team Delegation List (i.e., an administrator or a coach) must attend the Canada Soccer Pre-Competition Meeting. Each PTSO Representative will also attend the Pre-Competition Meeting.

Meeting Structure

Uniform & Equipment Check (19:15)

All teams must bring an example of each set of colors – jerseys, shorts and socks for both outfield players and goalkeepers

Pre-Competition Meeting (20:00)

Official meeting chaired by the Canada Soccer Match Commissioner and General Coordinator

Teams must bring the following items:

Complete Uniform Sets

Examples of jerseys, shorts, and socks for outfield players

Goalkeeper Kits

Examples of goalkeeper jerseys, shorts, and socks

Team Representative

At least one administrator or coach from your delegation

Attendance

Attendance is mandatory for at least one member of each team delegation

Arrive Early

Arrive by 19:15 for the uniform check to avoid delays

Complete Kits

Bring all uniform variations for approval
