his Impact de Montréal jersey number 20 was retired in his honour... the Mauro Biello Field at Marymount Academy was named in his honour in 2017...

a Canadian Championship winner with Impact de Montréal (2008)... a five-time A-League / USL First Division Commissioner's Cup winner (1995, 1996, 1997, 2005, 2006) and three-time APSL / USL First Division Championship winner (1994, 2004, 2009) with Impact de Montréal... a USA Open Cup winner with the Rochester Raging Rhinos (1999)... retired as the Impact de Montréal’s all-time goalscoring leader in all competitions (surpassed by Ignacio Piatti in 2019)...
