Johnny Kerr... soccer family (son John Jr.)... moved with his family to Toronto... he was 67 years old when he passed away in North Carolina on 19 June 2011...
wrote Don Lovegrove in 1967, after joining Hamilton Steelers “he immediately became a local favorite with his swift wing thrusts, perfect passes and aggressive play”... said Duncan Beattie in 1967, Kerr “has been a standout every place he has played and at every position he has played”... said Washington coach Dennis Viollet in 1977, “what he lacks in physical size he more than makes up for with his heart”...
