Maeve Glass... both of her parents Cecil and Pam were born in Dublin, IRL... she was 14 years old when she started playing soccer for Dunbar SA... she carried the Olympic torch in the lead up to the Montréal 1976 Summer Olympics (from Ottawa across the river to Hull)... her mother served as public relations director for Vancouver Whitecaps FC...

recipient of Canada Soccer’s Aubrey Sanford Meritorious Service Award in 2022...

served as Canada team staff at four Women's Olympic Football Tournaments (Beijing 2008, London 2012, Rio 2016, Tokyo 2020/2021), three FIFA Women’s World Cup (Germany 2011, Canada 2015, France 2019) and one men's FIFA World Cup (Qatar 2022)… notably helped Canada win back-to-back Olympic Bronze Medals and then an Olympic Gold Medal at Tokyo 2020/2021...

with Canada Soccer’s Women’s National Team as equipment manager and tour manager, she helped Canada win one Concacaf title (2010), three Olympic medals (2012 bronze, 2016 bronze, 2021 gold), one Pan American Games title (2011 gold), and one Concacaf youth title (2014 U-15s)... with Canada Soccer’s Women’s National Team, worked in 224 (out of 225) international “A” matches from January 2008 through November 2021 before her retirement... worked at three FIFA World Cups, four Olympic Games, one Pan American Games, two Concacaf Women’s Championships, four Concacaf Women’s Olympic Qualifying tournaments, and two Concacaf youth tournaments (2010 U-20s and 2014 U-15s)...
