Joseph Alan Ross... he moved to Canada in 1970... he was 84 years old when he passed away in Norwich in March 2019... earned Master’s degree from the University of North Carolina... 

For Sport

served as Canada’s youth coach at the 1973 CONCACAF Men’s Youth Championship in Mexico... won the 1974 Canadian U-18 Championships as coach of Newfoundland after a 5:2 win over British Columbia in St. John’s, NL (Pepsi Cola Trophy)... served as a coach in Canada Soccer’s men’s national program in 1974 and 1975 (with coach Eckhard Krautzun)...
