Stats Hub Terms

The following glossary defines all statistical categories and terminology used throughout the Stats Hub, providing clear explanations of team and individual player metrics tracked across matches, camps, and tournaments.

 

Clean Sheets (CS)
The total number of matches in which the player’s team did not allow the opposing team to score a single goal.

Draws (D)
The total number of matches that ended in a tie, where neither team scored more than the other.

Goals Against (GA)
The total number of goals allowed by the player’s team across all matches.

Goal Differential (GD)
The difference between Goals For and Goals Against (GF minus GA). A positive number means the team scored more than they allowed, while a negative number means they allowed more than they scored.

Goals For (GF)
The total number of goals scored by the player’s team across all matches.

Head Coach
The head coach of the team for the duration of the camp or tournament, responsible for player selection, tactics, and overall team management.

LossesĀ  (L)
The total number of matches the player’s team lost during the camp or tournament.

Match
Refers to a single game played between two teams. The home team is displayed on top and the away team is displayed on the bottom.

Minutes Played (Mins)
The total number of minutes the player was active on the field across all matches.

Record
A summary of a player’s match outcomes, displayed in the format of Wins, Draws, and Losses (e.g., 3-1-2 means 3 wins, 1 draw, and 2 losses).

Red Card (R)
The total number of red cards a player has received. A red card results in the player being immediately removed from the match and unable to be replaced, leaving their team with one fewer player for the remainder of the game.

Starts
The total number of matches in which the player was part of the starting lineup at the beginning of the game.

Substitutions
The total number of matches in which the player entered the game as a substitute after it had already begun.

Time Entered (TE)
The specific minute in a match at which the player entered the game, typically recorded for substitutes coming on mid-match.

Wins (W)
The total number of matches the player’s team won during the camp or tournament.

Yellow Cards (Y)
The total number of yellow cards a player has received. A yellow card is a formal warning issued by the referee for a foul or unsporting behavior. Receiving two yellow cards in one match results in a red card.
