Canada finished in fifth place at the 2001 Nordic Cup after a 6:2 win over Iceland on 31 July at Kapp, Norway. Across the tournament, Canada drew 1:1 with Norway, lost 1:3 to Sweden and won 2:1 over Finland. Christine Sinclair led Canada with five goals in four matches.
