Sportsnet Broadcast Schedule

Ottawa, Ontario – The Canadian Soccer Association and Rogers Sportsnet announced today the network will broadcast Canada’s upcoming friendly against England Thursday night from Ottawa.
Canada’s Women’s World Cup Team will play England at Frank Clair Stadium in Ottawa at 7:00 p.m. (ET). The game will be broadcast at 11:00 p.m. in the East, 11:30 p.m. in Ontario, 8:00 p.m. (MT) in the West, and 8:00 p.m. (PT) in the West Coast.

Canada’s Women’s World Cup Team will play England at Frank Clair Stadium in Ottawa at 7:00 p.m. (ET). The game will be broadcast at 11:00 p.m. in the East, 11:30 p.m. in Ontario, 8:00 p.m. (MT) in the West, and 8:00 p.m. (PT) in the West Coast.
Canada’s Men’s World Cup Team will travel to Wolfsburg where they will play Germany in an international friendly at Volkswagen Arena on June 1 with a 1:00 p.m. (ET) kick-off. Sportsnet will be showing the game to all their subscribers at 16:00 ET/13:00 PT or immediately following the Blue Jays that day – which ever comes first. For those subscribers who have access to all 4 Sportsnet stations (digital cable subscribers and those with Expressview or Starchoice dishes), the game will be available live from 13:00 – 15:00 ET on the Sportsnet East and Pacific “channels.”
Sportsnet will also broadcast live across the network Canada’s two first round games at the 2003 Men’s Gold Cup. The Men’s World Cup Team will play Costa Rica on Saturday, July 12 at 1:00 p.m. (ET) and Cuba on Monday, July 14 at 6:30 p.m. (ET). Both games will be played at the new Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts.
The Women’s World Cup friendlies against Brazil on Sunday, July 20th at Frank Clair Stadium in Ottawa and against Mexico on August 31st at Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton will also be broadcast live across the network.
