Johnson was standing just outside the top right of the 18-yard box when he received a pass from Chris Wingert who was playing down the line. With lots of space around him, Johnson popped the ball up and volleyed a shot into the top right corner of the goal. The shot was perfectly placed and left FC Dallas goalkeeper Dario Sala with no chance.

Just this week, Johnson has been in camp with Canada’s national team for match-day six of CONCACAF Stage III in the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ Qualifiers. The Canada-Jamaica match kicks off tonight at 20.00 in Kingston, Jamaica.

Johnson joined Canada after Real Salt Lake was eliminated in the MLS Western Conference final on Saturday night. Real Salt Lake lost 0:1 to New York Red Bulls. This Sunday 23 November, New York Red Bulls will face Columbus Crew in the MLS Cup at the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA.
