First-ever Canada Soccer eNational Championships set to kick off

Provincial qualifiers take place 20 February with more than 400 participants

The Provincial and Territorial Qualifier competitions for the inaugural Canada Soccer Toyota eNational Championships kicks off 20 February with more than 400 participants taking part in competitions for all 13 Provincial and Territorial Member Associations.

Competitors will compete on both Xbox and PlayStation consoles in best-of-three series on EA Sports’ FIFA21. The top qualifier on each console from each Member Association qualify for the respective console Toyota eNational Championship on 27-28 February LIVE on Twitch.tv/canadasoccer hosted by eSports broadcaster Chuboi.

Fans can follow the Provincial and Territorial Qualifiers on www.battlefy.com/canadasoccer starting with the Newfoundland & Labrador competition at 10:30 a.m. ET and culminating in the BC competition kicking off at 3:00 p.m. ET.

The Toyota eNational Championships Final which will consist of a 27 February Xbox Final and a 28 February PlayStation Final. Both Finals will see participants compete in head-to-head matchups in a best of five competition to declare a winner on each platform.

Two Toyota eNational Championships Winners will be crowned and receive a Canada Soccer Prize package including a custom Nike Canada Soccer jersey.
