Canada Soccer held its National Referee Camp in Ottawa 16-18 February 2018. In addition to fitness testing, and classroom instruction to prepare the group for the upcoming season, referees received technical instruction and direction for refereeing in Canada’s top leagues in 2018. In addition, Canada Soccer Deputy General Secretary Joe Guest presented to the group on future projects and opportunities for the group moving forward.
At a ceremony on the evening of 17 Feb, the following awards were handed out to celebrate achievements in 2017 and nominations for 2018.
