Richard James Howard... moved to Canada in 1967... physical education teacher at Crescent School... earned BSc (Physical Education) from State University of New York, College at Brockport (1970)... worked as head of department of physical education at Crescent School (from 1966-67 and then again starting in 1972)... worked as physical education teacher at R.J. Lang Junior High School (1971-72)... earned his Canada Soccer Coaching A Licence in 1991... walked out the Voyageurs Cup as part of the pre-match protocol at the 2017 Canadian Championship on 27 June... 
 
said Howard in August 1986, “we have to bring back an aspect of fun to the game and concentrate on developing individual skills”...
