CONCACAF Stage III of the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa Qualifiers runs 20 August to 19 November. The top-two teams in three separate groups will advance to the CONCACAF final stage in 2009. From the final group, the top three teams will advance directly to the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa. The fourth-place team, meanwhile, will advance to a playoff against the fifth-place team in CONMEBOL.
