Maxime Crépeau’s incredible save against the USA in an international friendly on February 5 has been voted the 2016 Allstate Canadian National Teams Good Hands® Award. The award, which recognizes the top save by a Canadian National Team goalkeeper during international play, was chosen by fans during the online voting period which ran from December 6th through 11th. Allstate will present Maxime Crépeau with the Good Hands® Award trophy at a 2017 National Team home match.
“What a year to be a partner of Canada Soccer! We’ve seen our men’s team climbing the rankings and our women’s team, for the second time in a row, bring home an Olympic bronze medal,” says Marcelo Regen, Vice-President Allstate Brand, Allstate Insurance Company of Canada. “And now, we have the opportunity to honour Maxime Crépeau, who in addition to helping his team achieve such success has been selected by the fans as this year’s Allstate Canada Good Hands® Award winner. Congratulations, you’ve made your team and fans incredibly proud. We look forward to seeing what’s next in the years ahead.”
