Francis Crawley... moved to Toronto, ON in 1911... he was 50 years old when he passed away in Detroit on 13 March 1945... as noted in 1927 in the Toronto Telegram, Crawley was “not only a good defence man, but can fill in at centre forward”... as noted in 1943 by Jim Coleman, Francis was “one of the best soccer players developed locally”...
