FIFA Fair Play Days

FIFA celebrated its annual Fiar Play day in conjunction with the quarter-final matches at the FIFA U-20 World Cup Egypt 2009. The recognition took place at the Mubarak Stadium in Suez and at the Cairo International Stadium in Cairo.The captains of the eight teams read a message in favour of fair play and the respect of the opponents. The teams displayed a "My Game is Fair Play" banner before the start of the matches.
FIFA and the Local Organising Committee are proud to dedicate these matches to Fair Play and encourage all players, coaches, officials and fans to play fair, both on the pitch and off it, leading by example and showing fairness, impartiality and solidarity in everything they do.
