27 September 1957 - Tino Lettieri (Montréal, QC)

CONCACAF champion Tino Lettieri played in two of Canada’s three matches at the 1986 FIFA World Cup in Mexico. He was the lone player to represent Canada at both the Montréal 1976 and Los Angeles 1984 Olympic Football Tournaments. In 1983, he was the NASL’s North American Player of the Year. In 2001, he became an honoured member of The Soccer Hall of Fame.

24 September 1990 - Jonelle Filigno (Mississauga, ON)

CONCACAF champion Jonelle Filigno has represented Canada at one FIFA Women's World Cup (Germany 2011) and two Women's Olympic Football Tournaments (Beijing 2008 and London 2012). A two-time Canadian U-20 Player of the Year (2008 and 2008), she won a CONCACAF youth title in 2008 and a CONCACAF women's title ("A") in 2010. 

27 September 1871 - George Ducker - d. 26 September 1952

Olympic champion George Ducker won a gold medal with Canada at the St. Louis 1904 Olympics. In that tournament, the Galt FC defender played in both Olympic matches, a 7:0 win over Christian Brothers College and a 4:0 win over St. Rose School.
